After having built the lodges, a stock breeding will start to produce milk and, probably, also cheese (an experiment with some cheese producers in Bergamo).
After having studied the environment, a company will be established that will produce milk and that shall be able to provide for food during critical times while it shall produce food for tourists during the other periods and perhaps develop new projects.

During the first stage, approx. 100 selected cows will be purchased, a fence will be built to keep them safe, and structures will be built to give them forage and water. A refrigerating room shall be provided to store the cheese and the milk and it shall be powered by solar panels. There will be a tractor and a grass cutter, a house for the guardian and the family who will take care of the animals.
